Manufacturing

A Beirut factory, built for distributor-scale volume.

Five stages, the same hands every day. We finish each piece with care, but the line is set up for the kind of consistent output a serious distributor needs.

The line

Five stages, in order, every time.

The order is fixed; the standards are fixed. What changes is the volume.

Loofah gourds maturing on the vine before harvestStage 01

Grown on the vine

Loofah is a vine plant. The gourds are left to mature and dry where they grow, then harvested once the inside has turned to clean, fibrous mesh. The slower the dry, the better the fiber.

Clean & treat

Each piece is washed clean and hung to dry, slow enough that the fiber stays firm and even. Nothing harsh, nothing perfumed.

Cut to spec

Once dry, each piece is cut and shaped to format — gloves, pads, back scrubs. Cuts are checked against tolerance before they move on.

Bound and stitched

Loofah is paired with cotton towel and bound with a stitched edge. Tension is watched piece by piece — the stitch is what decides how a piece holds up after a year of daily use.

Bagged for retail

Each piece is bagged in clear cellophane and sealed with a folded card header at the top — printed to spec, with barcodes, batch codes, and language sets. Our packaging or yours.

Standards

What we won't cut corners on.

Cleaned to a food-safe standard

Held to the same standards used in food processing. No bleaches, no perfumes, no synthetic whiteners.

Single-fiber, single-source

Loofah is a plant fiber and that's all that goes into the body of each piece — no plastic mesh, no synthetic fillers.

Piece-by-piece inspection

Every finished piece passes through a person before it goes into a bag. Nothing leaves the factory unchecked.
