What is your minimum order quantity?
12,000 pieces total per order, mixed across SKUs — you don't have to hit the minimum on a single format. First-run partners get more flexibility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship FOB Beirut and can quote CIF on request. Documentation, certificates of origin, and freight forwarder coordination are handled in-house.
What is the typical lead time?
Around 4 weeks from confirmed PO to ready-for-pickup, though larger orders can take longer. We'll confirm a firm date when we quote your volume.
Can you produce private-label packaging?
Packaging is handled on the distributor's side — you arrange your own bags, labels, and barcodes with a local print partner. If it helps, we can refer you to print and label manufacturers we've worked with.
Do you offer exclusivity by territory?
We discuss it case by case. We won't promise the world, but we will be straight about who else is in your market and what we'd commit to.
